A thing which has not yet been understood inevitably reappears;
like an unlaid ghost, it cannot rest until the mystery has been solved and the spell broken.

Art and Art Psychotherapy
at No Format Gallery
Goldsmiths graduates of art psychotherapy present an exhibition which explores their experiences of clinical work and the training. Their artwork reflects a growing awareness of unconscious processes within themselves and others and explores the complexity of the emotional response to their clients, and its influence on their work as artists. Goldsmiths Staff from the Art Psychotherapy MA will add to the conversation by creating a visual response to the exhibition.
There will be an open studio running throughout the exhibition where visitors are invited to make and display their own art work, as well as available information for anyone wishing to gain further understanding of Art Psychotherapy.
Opening night Thursday 7th February 2013; 6.30-8pm
Tues - Fri 11-3pm / Sat & Sun 11-5pm thereafter
